Belt Conveyor Product Training School
A two day interactive training school where attendees follow along on iPads during classroom learning, then jump onto specialised training conveyors to gain hands-on Flexco Belt Conveyor Product installation and maintenance experience.
This course is ideal for professionals looking to enhance their conveyor maintenance techniques, strengthen their troubleshooting skills, and expand their knowledge of the entire Flexco product range for bulk material handling applications.

Segmented Transfer Plate Installation Training School
A two day interactive program featuring real-world, hands-on practice installing STPs in both basic and complex conditions. Attendees will learn to conduct thorough site evaluations before selecting the correct product kit and installing using specialised conveyors that mimic various real-world conveyor alignments.
Participants will also develop skills in troubleshooting existing installations and adjusting STPs for optimal performance. Our experienced trainers, with decades of light-duty field experience, lead hands-on activities focused on addressing real-world challenges, solutions, and results.
This course is ideal for Flexco distributors and end users responsible for conveyor maintenance across warehouse and distribution centres, parcel handling facilities, airport baggage handling systems, and food and beverage operations.
Food Grade Cleaner Training School
Join Flexco’s newest training school for a two day, intensive hands-on training experience that equips students to successfully install, maintain, and troubleshoot Flexco Food Grade Belt Cleaners.
Participants in this interactive school leave with practical experience they can apply back on the job. In-class activities include assessment of installation conditions and correct cleaner selection, along with basic and complex installations of Flexco’s FGP, FGP-ES, and FGS cleaners.
Our light-duty experienced trainers have decades of field experience and share best practices and insights throughout the school to ensure each student leaves equipped to transfer new insights and skills when back on-site.
